Key Responsibilities:
As a Campus Coordinator, you will be at the heart of campus operations, ensuring that the academic environment is smooth and supportive. Your responsibilities will include:
Class Scheduling & Faculty Support:
Assist in organizing classes, helping faculty manage their schedules, and ensuring teaching activities run efficiently.
Student & Parent Engagement:
Address student queries, liaise with parents, and foster a welcoming atmosphere on campus.
Student Records & Enrollment:
Manage student registration, maintain accurate records, and handle enrollment processes to ensure seamless operations.
Event & Workshop Coordination:
Assist in organizing campus events, seminars, and workshops that contribute to the student learning experience.
Technical & IT Support:
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure that campus technology runs smoothly.
Campus Supervision & Facility Management:
Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring the campus remains safe, clean, and efficient. This includes managing security, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Communication & Liaison Role:
Act as a key contact between students, faculty, staff, and management to ensure clear communication and resolve issues efficiently.
Policy Implementation:
Enforce campus policies and streamline administrative tasks to enhance the overall efficiency of campus operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Prior experience in campus operations or administration is preferred.
Skills:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty to foster a supportive environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience resolving basic IT issues.
Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations.
