Key Requirements:

• Education:
  • A BBA/MBA degree or its equivalent.
  • APICS or other forecasting certifications are preferred.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in planning, forecasting, or related roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and planning software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead automation and digitization projects.

Overall Responsibilities:

As a Planning Analyst at Engro Fertilizers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our operational forecasts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating Operational Forecasts: Develop forecasts at multiple levels and time horizons to guide decision-making processes across the company.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand demand drivers and incorporate them into the forecasting process.
• Stakeholder Management: Present, solicit, and assess feedback on forecasts from key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Automation and Digitization: Lead projects aimed at enhancing planning processes through automation and digital tools.
• Feedback Assessment: Engage with Sales and Finance teams to refine and adjust forecasts based on real-time data and insights.
